tube after gastrectomy. They were randomely divided into two groups according to the removal time; postoperative second day(group 1) or after gas passing(group 2) In statistical analysis, we couldn't find any significant difference in
complications
between two groups. We recommend rcutine removal of the nasogastric tube in the early morning of postoperative second day ith safe.
